Elan Ski 2015/16

Elan-World-Cup-2015-2016

World Cup

Racing skis

The racing ski series of the Slovenian ski manufacturer Elan is called "World Cup". Uniform in color and for the most part identical in concept, the 8 models are designed for the racer who needs to call up the highest performance. The range consists of 3 giant slalom models, 3 models for juniors and 2 slalom models. Powerspine technology, Amphibio Rocker, Dual Ti and Response Frame wood core, all technologies have the same goal: maximum edge grip, super easy turn initiation, minimum effort, maximum speed, maximum performance. The two FIS models are thereby aligned with the measure of the FIS.

Elan Race 2015-2016

Race

Slope men

The "Race" line from Elan includes four high-quality carving skis for use on the slopes, and their sporty character is clearly noticeable. The Race line lives up to its name, after all it has inherited the concept and thus its basic characteristic from the racing skis called "Worldcup", the difference is mainly found in the material and dimensions. Pure Elan concepts for sporty carving are found in the Race models.

Elan-Amphibio-2015-2016

Amphibio

Allmountain men
Elan's successful Amphibio line, which was first launched in winter 2011/12, has undergone further development for the new winter season, both in terms of design and technology. In terms of design, the surface structure has been changed and a little more calm has returned; the skis look a bit more dignified. On the other hand, Elan is launching the "4D" technology, which on the one hand means the previous Amphibio rocker concept with the inner edge with pretension (1) for firm edge grip and with the rockered outer edge with rocker (2) for easier turn initiation and on the other hand, and this is new, the "Dual Shaped TI" technology with an outward, i.e. convex (3), curved titanium insert in front of the binding for precise turn initiation, and an inward, i.e. concave (4), curved titanium insert behind the binding for harmonious turn initiation. All in all, even more dignified, even more precise, even easier to ride.

Explore

Allmountain men

Elan carries a second model series for the all-mountain segment in addition to its successful Amphibio line. These are the "Explore" models. Firstly, unlike the Amphibio models, they are equipped with a symmetrical rocker on the shovel - there is therefore no left and right ski -, fall back on Elan's classic WaveFlex concept and are priced significantly lower than the Amphibio models. If you want a cheap all-mountain ski from Elan, it's best to take a look here.

Elan-Spectrum-2015-2016

Spectrum

Freeride men

Those who like it dignified will find Elan freeride skis with a quiet, sophisticated design that stands out. The freeride skis also have a lot to offer in terms of technology. The ALUblade technology has been retained from last year. It can be found in the three models labeled "ALU." The Diamond tips split the snow cleanly and make it easier to dip and position in deep snow. The Spectrum models also feature Elan's signature Amphibio rocker for improved maneuverability in deep snow. New additions this winter are two "Carbon" models with TubeLite technology. The two new models "Spectrum 105 Carbon" and "Spectrum 95 Carbon" replace last year's "Spectrum 105″ and "Spectrum 95″ models.

Elan-Freeski-2015-2016

Freeski

Park&Pipe men

For friends of acrobatics Elan has six different Park'n'Pipe slats ready. Three of them are equipped with TBT technology. "TBT" is an abbreviation for the term "Triple Base Technology". This refers to the design in which the two outer sides of the ski are angled towards the top, but the center lies flat. The center thus provides 100% preload and dynamics, while the outer sides provide lift. In addition, the profile ensures that canting is prevented during landing.

Elan Tour-2015-2016

Touring

Tours

Elan takes over for the new winter season 2015/16 exactly the same collection as a winter before. Therefore, nothing has changed. Ski tourers will pay particular attention to lugging around as little weight as possible while still having a ski under their feet that provides them with the necessary support in deep snow. With the "Bridge" technology Elan provides a concept that ensures low weight and optimal power transmission. This is joined by a strong mountain rocker for easier turning.

Women Studio

Piste ladies

A colorful bouquet of beautifully designed women's piste skis with different technologies, strengths and handling characteristics awaits skiers looking at Elan's "W Studio" range. Sporty ladies will choose the "Speed Magic Fusion" with race technology, trendsetters will choose the new "Insomnia Fusion" with the new Amphibio 4D technology and the rest will choose one of the remaining 6 rockered models. For all there is something that pleases in terms of design and driving characteristics.

Elan-Twilight_2015-2016

Twilight

Allmountain ladies

Elan continues this winter what it started last winter. For ladies who want to purchase all-mountain skis that are also at home in powder and deep snow, Elan has four models ready this winter. In contrast to last year, the model "Twilight 90″ was joined by the model "Twilight 90 Carbon", which is equipped with the new TubeLite technology. Also, all models now uniformly have an Early Rise Rocker on the shovel. Lightweight, women-specific wood cores and WaveLight technology ensure low weight and best maneuverability even in deeper snow.

Elan Junior, 2015/2016

Junior

Piste + Race Kids/Juniors

Even skis for children and juniors today are conceptually well thought out and technologically high quality, at least at Elan. The U-Flex technology makes the children's ski much softer and thus easier to ride. In addition, most skis have an Early Rise Rocker for easier turning and the Full Power Cap construction for easier riding.
