Race Ski 2022/23

For real athletes and sporty drivers

Under the term "racing skis" there are various types of skis that have one thing in common: high speed capability. A racing ski should primarily be fast and agile in the case of a slalom ski. But there are big differences in racing skis. In particular, World Cup skis, which are usually not damped, are not suitable for the wide groomed slope, but only for racing on a highly tuned racing slope. The lack of dampening manifests itself on normal piste by a fluttering of the skis and a constant unsteadiness. Damped racing skis usually have the same racing technology (structure and construction of the World Cup ski, base, etc.), but are equipped with additional layers and plies, which ensure smooth running. The transition to carvers is fluid.
