We are an established trading company in the sports sector (ski, winter sports and outdoor).
To strengthen our team we are looking for at the beginning of March

an upwardly mobile Customer Service employee

for the brands ELAN skis, DAINESE protectors and TUBBS snowshoes

Your job
In this varied role, you will have lively telephone contact with our
sports retailers and key accounts, coordinate order taking and the
order administration, take full care of your assigned brands in our
merchandise management system and have an overview of merchandise planning. In addition work
They work closely with our warehouse and are also in regular contact with
our suppliers at home and abroad. You participate sporadically in the international
meetings and support our brand manager in the creation of the
of the sales documents as well as the seasonal evaluation.

Your profile
For this role, you will have the following qualifications:
- Basic commercial training and experience in customer service
- Good IT knowledge in the area of merchandise management (ideally Dataforce) as well as confident handling of MS Office
- Independent work, but also real teamwork
- Good resilience for our seasonal pressure phases
- Organized and structured way of working
- Enjoy lively contact with customers and work colleagues
- German mother tongue, fluent English and French
- And also important: your personal enthusiasm for the outdoors and winter sports
