Warm winter makes ski racing difficult

The uniquely warm and mild winter brings not only a lack of snow but also lousy weather. In Adelboden the snow was bad, in Wengen the start of the Lauberhorn downhill had to be massively lowered, which made the race one minute shorter, in Cortina the women's races had to be cancelled and moved to the following week together with the next races and also Kitzbühel had to be feared because of a massive lack of snow. Thank goodness the snow god had a mercy and let it snow again, which made Kitzbühel a good figure.
