Swiss Sailing is the Swiss umbrella organization for yacht sailing,
dinghies, multihulls, for windsurfing and kite-sailing as well as remote controlled
Model yachts. Swiss Sailing promotes and supports the Swiss sailing sport
in all its forms, represents the sport of sailing to the public, the
authorities and the higher-level national and international umbrella and professional associations.
He is a member of the International Sailing Association as the national authority for sailing.
Federation ISAF, the European Sailing Federation EUROSAF as well as the Swiss Olympic
Association and thus its recognized professional association.

For the leadership of this sports association we are looking for the

General Manager (80-100%)

Your tasks:
- Management of the association in the financial, administrative and communicative
Area in close cooperation with the President and the Governing Board.
- Chairmanship of the Executive Board (department heads as militia functionaries)
- Managing the office in terms of personnel and organization.
- Liaison office for official bodies (e.g. Federal Office for Sport) and umbrella organizations
(Swiss Olympic, ISAF, EUROSAF)
- Various projects and actions

Your profile:
- Completed solid basic training in the commercial/administrative field
with further training as a sports manager and/or further training HF or university
(Business Administration / Management)
- Initiative personality, contact-oriented and determined
- Sailing experience
- Experience in club/association management, knowledge of association structures.
Swiss Sailing and the sports structures of Switzerland (Swiss Olympic, BASPO)
- Languages: German, French and English
