Glow, Davos: New gourmet restaurant

 
After successful years at the Relais Châteaux Hotel Walserhof in Klosters and Amrein's Seehofstübli in Davos, Armin Amrein is now realizing his own gem for all connoisseurs of the highest culinary art. In the new restaurant "Glow by Armin Amrein" he presents his extraordinary creations, which have so far been awarded 17 Gault-Millau points and one Michelin star. As part of the premises of "Escher Raumdesign", an interesting interior concept is combined with the wealth of ideas of the top chef to create a special experience at Promenade 115. In doing so, Armin Amrein remains true to his principles of demanding the highest quality and freshness as well as the claim that, despite all the joy of experimentation and variety, the individual aromas of the ingredients are revealed to the guest and only in the sum do new, undreamed-of harmonies and worlds of taste open up. In addition to a constantly changing menu of 4 to 7 courses, some classics are still offered that are extremely popular with the guests, such as the langoustine ravioli or Armin Amrein's stroganoff. The new restaurant offers space for 26 to 34 guests and can also be rented for private or business events.
