Early start of the winter season 2017/18 in the ski resorts

Well, that's a nice surprise: After all the years of no snow, the 2017/18 season is starting with an unexpected amount of snow, which has prompted some ski resorts to open the season early. Here we give our readers an overview of where you can currently strap on your skis or snowboard:

Davos

Season opening: 17.11.2017
Open lifts: Parsenn & Weissfluhjoch, 6 of 13 lifts
Open slopes: 4 from 34 slopes

OPENING OF THE SKI AREA ON SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 18, 2017
We are very pleased to report that the Violettes Express gondola and the Cabane de Bois chairlift will open this weekend. We hope to meet you at 8:45 in Barzettes.

After that, our facility will be open next weekend 25-26 November 2017.
FROM DECEMBER 2, 2017, THE AREA WILL OPEN CONTINUOUSLY AND GRADUALLY, ACCORDING TO THE SNOW CONDITIONS.
