Caleb Ewan: Super start to the season for the young Australian talent

In the summer, the young Australian will only be 23 years old. Since 2017, he has been riding for the UCI WorldTeam Orica-Scott and shows what he is made of in his first big race. With four stage wins at the Australian Tour Down Under, he takes the People's Choice Classic Winner Jersey and the iiNet Sprint Jersey, leaving riders like Peter Sagan behind. The young talent, who rides on the same team with racers such as Czech Roman Kreuziger and Swiss Michael Albasini, proved early on that he is a promise for the future. Originally at home on the track, where he became a multiple Australian champion, he proved he was also at home on the road with a two-time junior runner-up world title (2012 / 2014). Team Orica Green Edge signed him in 2013, and they now seem to be reaping the fruits of their labor. The 165 cm and 61 kg sprinter leaves experienced top riders standing. He has put an exclamation mark on the season with his opener at the Tour Down Under. Watch out, gentlemen, here comes a young sprinter!
