Today I received a call from Konstantin Bauer from the company Brandl Nutrition GmbH from Nuremberg. He told me that they are the only company in Europe that produces nutritional supplements individually tailored to the customer. The idea in and of itself puts once a clear exclamation mark. I haven't heard anything like it before either. No protein drink off the shelf, but individually tailored to the customer. The idea is convincing.
The company is still young and has been active in the market since 2018. Accordingly, awareness is low and the response from customers is still moderate. To get a feel for the company right away, I wanted to try it out for myself. In the process, you walk through a virtual questionnaire and provide information on weight, age, training intensity, etc., from which the "computer" calculates the optimal mix. Quite funny! How the order is put into practice in reality, I can only say something when the protein drink arrives with me. Unfortunately, I could not successfully go through the ordering process, because it was only Paypal as a means of payment on offer, which led to an abort. There is still potential for development here.
In the end, the customer has the choice of ordering an individually mixed and composed "Pure Protein" drink or "Post Workout" drink. It's a pity that customers can't specify more individually which ingredients they would like to have or how high the protein content should be or similar, but that can still come. In view of the absolutely marketable price of € 24.90 for a 600 gram can or € 39.90 for a kilo can, one can only take one's hat off to the idea and implementation so far.
As soon as I receive a sample can from the guys and gals from Nuremberg, who stir the shake together there, I will post a follow-up report on my impression of taste, consistency, smell, compatibility and enjoyment. I am already very excited.
