Swiss Olympic, headquartered in Ittigen near Berne, is the umbrella organization of the private-law sector
of Swiss sport and the National Olympic Committee. As an umbrella organization, Swiss supports and strengthens
Olympic the member federations, spreads and anchors the Olympic values in society and
represents the interests of the private sector in Swiss sport. Swiss Olympic
represents the interests of 84 national federations. This corresponds to around 1.6 million sports
people in 20,000 associations.

Your area of responsibility
As a competent contact person you are responsible for the entire administration, budget control as well as the
responsible for the organizational matters of "cool and clean". You manage promotional material
incl. ordering and shipping. In this function you will ensure the efficient management and
Further development of the back office. In your day-to-day work you convince in the cooperation with
the various departments of Swiss Olympic, external partners and federations with a high
Service quality. The co-supervision of the commercial apprentice in the department rounds off the
Scope of duties.

Your profile
You have a commercial education as well as professional experience in the commercial field.
As an organizational talent, you enjoy working in a team. A high level of service orientation and
a reliable and independent way of working are as much a part of your strengths as your great
Flexibility. In addition to stylistically confident German skills, you also speak and correspond with pleasure
in French (Italian an advantage). Good MS Office skills, a relation to organized sports.
(possibly as a functionary) and enjoyment in dealing with young professionals will facilitate your daily work.
