Jack Wolfskin presents its new CFO

Idstein, June 6, 2019 - Ante Franicevic (48) is the new Chief Financial Officer of Jack Wolfskin. Since May 23, 2019, he has been responsible for all finance departments as well as Tax & Legal, HR and Office Management at the leading outdoor supplier based in Idstein near Frankfurt. In order to best meet the new financial targets and requirements as part of the listed Callaway Group, Jack Wolfskin will split the responsibilities of CFO and COO into two independent areas of responsibility in the future. A new COO is to be announced in the fall. In particular, he will be responsible for the further integration of the warehouse and IT landscape into the Callaway structures. Until the arrival of a new COO, Ante Franicevic will take on these tasks on an interim basis.

Current CFO/COO Jörg Wahlers has decided to leave Jack Wolfskin at the end of July 2019 to pursue his career outside the company.
Melody Harris-Jensbach, CEO of Jack Wolfskin, said: "We are delighted to have gained Ante Franicevic, a proven finance expert with experience in international companies. Ante Franicevic worked and lived in Asia for 10 years and is very familiar with intercontinental collaboration and reporting. I am convinced that Ante Franicevic, with his in-depth knowledge of finance, accounting and reporting and more than 20 years of experience in the international finance sector, will make an important contribution to Jack Wolfskin's future success here. My thanks go to Jörg Wahlers for his successful contribution over the past year and a half. During this time, he has made significant contributions in particular to our shareholder change, which was successfully completed in January."
