Davos gets new luxury hotel with residences

If you were skiing in Davos last year, you could see the new InterContinental Davos building standing out impressively from afar. Now the new luxury resort is about to open, but whether it is open at Christmas is questionable, at least the owner of the hotel, Credit Suisse, could not tell me anything more specific about it and the press lady of the hotel was not available until now, obviously they are more than busy with the opening of the new flagship of the Davos hotel industry. 216 rooms, 25 suites, 3 restaurants, 2 bars and a 1,200 m² large spa with 14 treatment rooms and a professional business center with 9 conference rooms are intended to make the stay in Davos as comfortable as possible for vacationers and WEF participants alike. The first room reservations will be possible online from January 2014 and currently start at Fr. 432.00. Above all, the new luxury hotel will challenge the previous number 1, the Steigenberger Belvédère, and will probably soon replace it. What many may not know: With the construction of the hotel, 38 luxury residences are being built under the name "Stilli Park", noble 2.5-4.5 room apartments, which are connected to the hotel by an underground corridor and can make use of the services of the luxury hotel. About half of the apartments are already reserved or sold. We are already excited to experience the hotel live.
