BH Bikes announces a new direction in the support of Austrian dealers. Claudia Sarawara, who has many years of experience as a field sales representative in Bavaria, will now take over the support of Austrian customers. Claudia Sarawara has worked successfully for the BH Bikes brand for many years and brings extensive expertise in the field of customer service and sales.
In addition, the sales structure for Austria will be linked to the existing management for Germany and Austria. Björn Merz is responsible as Market Manager for both countries. He coordinates all sales activities in the region and is supported by an experienced team. Marketing activities will continue to be managed by Julian Pfeiffer as the responsible Brand Manager.
