Characteristics

Our latest development builds on the technology behind our Bonka Bib Tights for deepest winter and convinces with even more precise protection and increased stability. For the first time, we have managed to transfer the A-Lock engineering technology of our S9 shorts to our tights, providing them with a support system that prevents the chamois pad from slipping - both in the saddle and out. As Chamois we use for the first time an EQUIPE RS winter pad without kraterCooler air holes, but with our specially developed goldenGate technology.

Technology

Sphere Ultra (designation for membrane from ASSOS)
This is a two-layer twinDeck structure, which together with the fabric Osmos Heavy placed on knees, along the thighs, crotch and hips.

OSMOS Heavy
This is the heaviest roughened fabric in the entire OSMOS family (insulation material from ASSOS).

waterBarrier
The neoprene outer sleeve at the end of the leg section, which repels water and fits securely to the overshoes.

A-Lock Engineering
Combination of roll bar, ergobox, butterfly pattern and carbon Xbib, which provides additional stabilization and prevents slippage of the seat cushion.

Sphere Medium
The thickest version of the Sphere (designation of ASSOS) softshell material, a three-layer windproof and highly breathable woven material, which was used in the upper back.

Osmos Heavy
This is the heaviest roughened fabric of the whole OSMOS family (insulation material) from ASSOS.

kukuPenthouse
A soft layer of OSMOS Heavy at the front of the pad that provides support to the male anatomy, relieves pressure and improves air exchange.

goldenGate
A patented process technology that interrupts the seams along the side parts of the pad, allowing three-dimensional freedom of movement in this sensitive area that is always in motion

Equipe RS Winter Insert
Pad specially designed for racing in 3D basalt coloring, without the craterCooler air holes on the front.

superAir microShock foam layer
A lightweight, open-cell foam with a shock-absorbing structure that always retains its original shape, filling the spaces created each time the riding position changes due to weight shift in the saddle.

3D waffle (cover sheet)
A patented, three-layer perforated foam that increases breathability and eliminates excess weight.
