Speed WC
For racers
...and those who are or want to be. The "FIS" models are based on the specifications of the International Ski Federation (FIS) for their masses, which distinguishes them from the models without FIS designation. What they have in common is the high quality workmanship and racing technology.
Speed Team
For junior racers (U8-U16)
The Speed Team models are designed for junior racers between 8 and 16 years old, who will later ride the adult FIS skis to score in the World Cup. Because of the age group, there are many smaller models in numerous masses.
Speed Master
Master models for ambitious skiers
The Speed Master models are racing skis for the ambitious skier who doesn't need to worry about racing dimensions, but who demands high performance and grip from his skis.
Speed Zone
Slope models
The Speed Zone models are established carving skis from Dynastar. In 2019/20 Dynastar splits the model line into piste models and all-mountain models to clearly define the range of use of the ski model.
Speed Zone 4x4
Allmountain models
The Speed Zone models are established carving skis from Dynastar. In 2019/20, Dynastar splits the model line into the "Speed Zone" piste models and the "Speed Zone 4×4" all-mountain models to clearly define the ski model's area of application.
Legend
Freeride & Allmountain or Free All Mountain
The Legend models are freeride skis, which is indicated not only by the ski construction and its rocker profile, but also the shape with the tapered ski ends. Since you can't really get into deep snow with 84 mm, less wide models are more commonly referred to as all-mountain models. With increasing center width, the deep snow suitability increases.
Menace
Progressive Freeride
In addition to the Legend Freeride models, Dynastar is launching new "Menace" models in 2019/20, which the manufacturer lists under the heading "Progressive Freeride". These are twin tip models, which are accordingly also equipped with a tip and tail rocker for maximum agility in powder. Those who also like to be agile in deep snow, love jumps, acrobatic interludes, landing backwards and like to have a playful, versatile ski under their feet are right here.
Touring
Mythic & Vertical
Since last winter, they have tried to split up the growing touring ski range to create comprehensibility and then summarized it again, but the matter is actually quite simple. The "Mythic" models are freeride touring models, as you can see from the shape and masses, whereas "Vertical" models are aimed at classic ski tourers. The only outlier is the Pierra Menta model, which is aimed at racers.
Speed Elite & Intense
Slope models for skiladys
What is done with the Speed Zone models for men is now also done with the Intense models for women: They are split into more piste-oriented models and all-mountain models that are somewhat more versatile. The race-oriented Speed Elite model is still included in the piste models.
Intense 4x4
Allmountain models for skiladys
What is done with the Speed Zone models for men is now also done with the Intense models for women: They're splitting them into more piste-oriented models and all-mountain models that are a bit more versatile. 4×4 is a great way to describe the ability to handle a lot of snow....
Legend Women
Freeriders dive with it
Skiers who want to dare a little more and dive in and out of the world of deep snow equip themselves with the Legend Women models. The same applies here: the wider, the powder.
Touring Women
Attention ski tourers
Last but not least, we close Dynastar's model plaette with two classic ski touring models that could have been included in the men's touring models, but the women skiers at Dynastar are emancipated and make their own range, Voilà!
