The shipyard of the legendary boat brand "Riva", Shipyard Riva Sarnico - Ferretti Spa, which belongs to the proud Ferretti Group, is located on the shores of Lake Iseo, the fourth largest lake in northern Italy. The history of Riva began here in 1842. The name of the smallest motorboat in the current range is "Iseo" in reference to Riva's homeland. Like its famous ancestors - think of models like the Aquarama, etc. - the Runabout embodies Riva's proverbial elegance, impressive craftsmanship and use of the highest quality materials.
Since the runabout is equipped according to Riva with a water jet propulsion and can therefore also be used in shallow waters without any problems, Riva itself also calls it a possible tender, although this could probably only come into question for luxurious superyachts in view of a purchase price of Euro 380,000.00. And well understood, the model Riva Iseo with its 8.24 m overall length is not only the smallest model of Riva, but also by far the cheapest of the Italian noble ship forge. the runabout has a mahogany hull painted with no less than twenty coats of varnish, ten of them with a brush and ten with a spray can. Its steering wheel is trimmed in hand-stitched leather. And Riva is anything but old-fashioned. This is proven by its infotainment and GPS navigation system, which is based on the Apple iPad platform. The software, developed specifically for Riva, offers a host of useful features, including the ability to search the owner's manual, check the weather and stream a radio or TV program. Not surprisingly, Riva proudly points out that it has been named the best motorboat in the 29-foot (equivalent to 8.84 m) category.
The Riva Iseo is designed for cruising on the lake or sea. With 300 hp, which drives the motorboat up to 41 knots (KN), the fun on the water is guaranteed. The boat is designed for a maximum of 6 people, who can be seated on 6 comfortable chairs. On the sundeck you can rest, sunbathe and relax. And if you want to be cozy or if it starts to rain unexpectedly, you can extend the electronically folding convertible top and you are perfectly protected. Anyone who buys a Rolls-Royce can expect a high level of comfort and luxurious features, but must also have the necessary small change, although the comparison with Rolls-Royce is somewhat misleading, because in terms of its sportiness, race and power, a Riva motorboat is much more comparable to a Maserati or a Ferrari. The Iseo model is the entry into the luxury class of motorboats and that starts at around 400,000 Swiss francs. It is not for nothing that Riva is a dream that many dream and only a few can fulfill, but whoever is able to do it has leased the radiance.
