Eurobike is setting the course for its future development, responding to extensive feedback from the international bicycle and ecomobility industry. The 35th edition will take place from June 30 to July 2, 2027, at the Frankfurt Trade Fair Center. Going forward, Eurobike will be held annually as the leading international B2B platform for the bike and ecomobility industry across the entire value chain.
During and after Eurobike 2026, the Fairnamic team held numerous discussions with exhibitors, trade visitors, international market partners, and the trade fair advisory board, systematically evaluating the feedback on the presented future concept. At the same time, the strong presence of international brands and decision-makers, numerous new products and innovations, and the extensive media coverage underscored the importance of Eurobike during this period. The feedback confirmed the clear B2B focus and the compact three-day event, but also clearly demonstrated a desire for an earlier date and an annual Eurobike. Based on this, the initially presented concept was revised in key areas. Initial feedback from the trade fair advisory board and exhibitors regarding the adjusted focus has been positive and reinforces the organizers' chosen path.
Philipp Ferger, Managing Director of Fairnamic GmbH, explains: “As planned, we used Eurobike 2026 to further discuss our future concept, developed jointly with the industry, in depth with the market. The feedback was clear on key points, and we are drawing the necessary conclusions. By holding the event at the end of June and on an annual basis, we are creating reliability and continuity. At the same time, we are strengthening what makes Eurobike so special: its international reach, its broad media presence, and its role as a global platform for the bike and ecomobility industry. Our aim is to bring together the relevant players from all global markets for business, innovation, and exchange.”
By changing from the originally announced September dates to early summer, Eurobike is now taking place within a timeframe established in the international industry calendar for manufacturers, brands, and media. The annual cycle provides planning certainty.
Innovations meet international business
Eurobike 2027 will focus on both new products and innovations, as well as the targeted development of international business relationships. Manufacturers, suppliers, distributors, international trading companies, and other market players will meet with decision-makers and business partners from around the world during three compact B2B days. Eurobike sees itself as an open platform for manufacturers and technology drivers from all relevant markets and production countries. A global network of sales partners in over 150 countries supports targeted international outreach. Eurobike aims to showcase the full breadth of global innovation dynamics in the industry, particularly in the areas of drive systems, components, and new technologies.
This global focus is also reflected in the visitor numbers: By 2026, around half of the trade visitors came from abroad. At the same time, ecomobility is being further strengthened as a growth area – from urban mobility and logistics to networked systems and new mobility solutions.
Matthias Pietsch, Show Director of Eurobike, says: “We are convinced that the new date is the right moment for Eurobike in the international industry calendar. Three focused B2B days where new products are presented, decisions are prepared, and business deals are initiated. We are consistently developing Eurobike into a platform for international business connections: with targeted matchmaking, bookable meeting formats, and an environment that brings together manufacturers, suppliers, and technology drivers from all over the world. Our discussions with the industry have clearly shown us this.”
New participation formats include, for example, bookable meeting rooms for confidential business discussions. With a cumulative reach of 13.5 billion, as shown in media monitoring, Eurobike boasts high international visibility, which will be leveraged even more effectively for exhibitors, brands, and their new products. Eurobike is also undergoing a physical transformation: in 2027, it will move to the eastern part of the Frankfurt exhibition grounds, occupying Halls 3, 4, and 5 around the Agora. The central open space will provide room for test tracks and demo areas; the adjacent Forum and Festhalle will complement the offerings for partner events and networking. The 35th Eurobike will take place from June 30 to July 2, 2027, at the Frankfurt exhibition grounds. Further information is available at: www.eurobike.com.
