Dynastar Freeride

Dynastar Freeride

Dynastar knows how to build "laths" with which you can let it rip as a freerider, not for nothing the world's best riders such as Aurélien Ducroz ride Dynastar. The Cham models have been on the market for several years with success. Not only the rocker at the shovel and at the end of the ski make the Cham models "surfy", but also the newly thought-out waist, which together are called Levitation Profile, ensures the smoothness and performance through the terrain, because after all, the fun is in the foreground. Absolute hammer models for every freerider both in terms of design and in terms of driving behavior. 1a, my friends!

Technologies used

Levitation Profile

This is a combination of a 5-point waist, a very long shovel rocker, classic preload under the binding and a pintail ski tail. Optimal for freeriding.

Paulownia wood core

Paulownia wood core reduces the weight of the ski by about 25%. Dynastar combines this wood with fiberglass developed by the racing department to ensure optimum ride and control.

Light

Individual models from Dynastar are built very light. All the know-how of the brand in terms of lightweight construction is combined in these models, without them showing any shortcomings in performance because of it.

Tip Rocker

The ski has only a moderate rocker on the shovel. The lift is moderate so that the ski maintains contact with the snow over the entire edge length. The ski turns more easily on the flat and is more tolerant in the turns.

Sandwich

The ski is made in sandwich construction and has straight sidewalls for maximum precision and performance.

Skin

Dynastar produces with POMOCA ski skins that are precisely adapted to each ski shape. They are powerful, resistant and user-friendly.

Wood/Titanal

Dynastar understands this term to mean a ski construction in which the wood core is given an additional titanal layer at the top and bottom in the classic sandwich construction. This makes the ski more torsionally stiff and stable in the turns. The power comes from two fiberglass layers that vary in weight depending on the model. Double melamine / phenolic sidewalls provide the necessary deformation and strength.
