It's called Dark Matter Damping - a process where we sandwich a polymeric damper between two layers of high modulus carbon and place it strategically along the edge of the ski. Carbon I-Beam
Full length unidirectional carbon from tip to tail for increased precision and energy along the entire length of the ski.

Powerwall
Power transfer is significantly improved by the oversized ABS sidewalls, which are laminated and embedded in the wood core in the center of the ski. Because the sidewalls extend into the heart of the ski, the transfer of energy from the skier to the edge of the ski is direct and precise.
