Experience - a little better every year
[col type="col_1_2″ class=""]Four years ago, Rossignol first launched the Experience line as the French ski manufacturer's answer to the theme of "rocker" and "all-mountain" skis that emerged at the time and became the big topic in the industry. Rossignol was and is one of the leading brands when it comes to all-mountain. Yet the all-mountain ski is actually a hybrid of freeride ski (pure powder ski) and classic carving ski (pure piste ski), taking a little bit from both worlds: the more flared shovel from the freeride ski and the camber and edge grip from the carving ski. In this year's series Rossignol has a new technique
[/col] [col type="col_1_2″ class=""]adopted that made a splash last year in the freeride series "7-Series", namely the "Air Tip" technology in the shovel. To this is added, tested over years, the "Auto Turn Rocker" rear and front with 30% rocker portion to 70% bias. The extended waist "Extended Sidecut" provides better edge grip at high speed and greater agility at lower speeds. Individual models also feature a core of 30% lighter Paulownia wood. Swinging on and off the slopes thus becomes a real pleasure.[/col].

Air Tip
A technology patented by Rossignol, in which the shovel has a honeycomb-like structure filled with air. This makes the shovel lighter and shifts the weight towards the center of the ski, which produces improved maneuverability and ease of turning.
Auto Turn Rocker
The Auto Turn Rocker is one of three types of rocker that Rossignol uses. Here, the shovel and ski ends to 30% are provided with rocker (bend up) and have classic pretension to 70%. The ski turns virtually "by itself" (hence the term "auto"). 30% Rocker on the shovel and on the ski ends already provide neat for turning pleasure and facilitated swing release.
Extended Sidecut
By this Rossignol means the extension of the waist to the shovel. This improves on the one hand the edge grip at high speeds and on the other hand the turning pleasure at lower speeds on the slopes.
Paulownia wood
Individual models have a wooden core made of paulownia wood. Paulownia wood is about 30% lighter than other common types of wood used in ski production, which of course makes the ski even more maneuverable.
