Whether it's classic ski touring or backcountry adventures, you'll find what you're looking for at Movement. A fresh unconventional design and a wide variety of technologies and geometries ensure a broad selection. Movement has become big with this segment and freeride, so it is not surprising that Movement naturally offers special women's models.

Wood cores
The wood core is of capital importance. It not only brings the ski to life, but also gives it the longevity of its predefined criteria, which vary depending on the area of use (piste freeride freestyle touring). We continue to purchase only FCS and PEFC certified wood (www.fcs.org, www.pefc.org). Currently the following wood species are processed: Okume, Poplar, LG Poplar Light, Karuba, and Ultra light Karuba selection. Each wood core is weighed according to selective criteria in order to fit perfectly into the production.
MLT - Multiaxial Light Technology
We have developed fiberglass types, consisting of an elaborated triaxial fiberglass-carbon complex, which replaces the classic fiberglass in some models. This fiber (MLT by MOVEMENT), developed by our engineers, is used on all Touring and Free Touring models to increase the overall stability of the ski while maintaining a low weight.
Light Rocker
The Light Rocker in the shovel, with numbers between 6 and 12 indicating the average length of the rocker opening, provides excellent absorption of bumps in the terrain and in different snow qualities, as well as easy and progressive turn release. The bias in the middle of the ski and the tail give excellent stability and grip.
Twin Rocker
In the Twin Rocker, the tip and tail are raised and extended, which gives the ski an easier turning ability, as well as optimal carrying capacity and handling in powder snow. The ski still has a large snow contact of the edges and a bias in the center of the ski for better stability and grip.
Cap Performance
With this system we connect the upper and lower layers of the ski from front to back for weight reduction in touring skis.
CTS Light
CONTROL TORSION SYSTEM Light
With the new 3D Light Cap ABS Sidewall construction, the ABS is incorporated directly into the wood core and thus functions as reinforcement.
With this system we achieve weight optimization in contrast to the classic CTS. Therefore, this design is used in some Free Touring and Freeride models.
