Dynastar Speed WC

Racing skis for racers

In 2016/17 the new World Cup models were introduced to the market with a new name, new technology and new design. The design, concept and technology, in particular the Powerdrive technology for even more performance, have been carried over from last winter for 2017/18, otherwise the dimensions have been adapted to the specifications of the International Ski Federation (FIS), such as the radius of the giant slalom skis to a new 30 meters from the previous 35 meters. The main changes are in the dimensions of the ski models.

Rectangular sandwich

The ski is made in sandwich construction and has straight sidewalls for maximum precision and performance.

Tip Rocker

Moderate rocker only on the shovel. Facilitates turning with flat ski and provides softness and tolerance in the turns. The rise is moderate so that the ski works in the turn over the entire contact length of the edges.

Fiberglass/carbon

Carbon is light and strong and improves contact with the snow. The glass fibers further enhance the effect. The skis are very stable and yet very light.

Powerdrive

POWERDRIVE consists of a vertical sidewall composed of three materials: a visco-elastic component provides impact absorption on uneven terrain, the second area is made of Titanal and enhances the performance of the ski and the third part is the ABS element of the sidewall, which has a central and traditional role in ski control, stability and snow contact.

Titanal

The Titanal inserts strengthen the ski, provide a strong transfer of power to the ski and increase the performance of the ski.
