K2 is the all-mountain brand par excellence. K2 has popularized the all-mountain segment and is the pioneer of this guild. K2 has worked this segment and produced skis for it, as others were still producing carverskis and have not even begun to think about whether this segment could ever be of interest and has a corresponding potential. It is therefore not surprising with what know-how and what high degree of need orientation K2 is working here. A clear example: K2 has developed three different Bioflex wood cores for the ladies' world, which differ in the proportion of light Paulownia wood and hard aspen, in order to offer the optimum wood core for the respective need: unique! In addition, the women's skis feature lighter steel edges, narrower titanal strips, smaller MOD structures, lighter tip guard, reduced ski tail and lighter ski bindings to reduce overall weight and increase turning ability. K2 has 5 rocker concepts, two of which are used for women's all-mountain skis. Six models in the middle widths 72 to 80 mm are available for the ladies to choose from.
