A comfortable bed, a good mattress and the natural environment ensure the best sleep. The 67 rooms and suites are furnished in the cozy traditional Engadine stone pine style.
Culinary delights are a top priority in the hotel's two restaurants. The listed Art Nouveau hall of the Grand Restaurant is the heart of the Hotel Edelweiss. Here the service team serves varied 5-course menus. In the cozy à la carte restaurant "Arvenstube" fresh, creative menus but also classics like "Trout Blue" or "Châteaubriand" are served. In the afternoon, the apple strudel, which is famous beyond the village borders, invites you to take a break on the sun terrace.
Culture is the hobbyhorse of the hotel. Be it readings, mystery dinners or, as a weekly highlight, the wonderful concert dinner.
