The head coach sprint/hurdles at Swiss Athletics, member of the executive board and head coach sprint of the Leichtathletik Club Zürich (LC Zürich) will take over his position at OYM AG as of 01.09.2020. Flavio Zberg will continue to work for LC Zürich in addition to his 50% employment at OYM.

OYM's long-term goal is to use an initial group of three to five track and field athletes to create an internationally successful track and field formation through the model use of OYM's core competencies combined with Zberg's existing track and field expertise.
