Berlin (October 27, 2023). Brose E-Bike takes its service to the next level. The Berlin manufacturer of e-bike systems will begin training in the USA in December 2023. The detailed online training courses provide dealers and service partners with all the important information about selling and handling Brose products.
From December 6th until May 2024, a total of twelve three-hour webinars will take place with a maximum of 100 participants each. Further dates for summer and autumn 2024 will follow. As with the training courses in Germany, registration is free and can be done conveniently via the homepage www.brose-ebike.de.
The new courses make a decisive contribution to expanding the dealer and service partner network in North America. Brose is thus continuing to pursue its path of offering its customers worldwide quick and uncomplicated solutions to problems.

Since the end of 2020, Brose has been continuously expanding its services and has gradually expanded them to many European nations. In Germany, the courses take place once a month from October to March and have an average of around 50 participants. The dealers are trained, among other things, in troubleshooting using the service tool and practice the most important repairs. In the event of a warranty claim, Brose guarantees replacement within 96 hours.
