BH GravelX - Sporty-oriented, fast and agile but still comfortable!

The Spanish traditional company BH Bikes from the Basque Country offers with the new GravelX Carbon a fast, very sporty-oriented but also comfortable gravel bike with some exciting and useful features. The newly developed frame of the carbon variant has an Air Bow carbon fork specially adapted to the requirements of gravel racing, as well as straight lines reminiscent of the frame shapes of BH road bike top models Ultralight and Aerolight. With a frame weight of just under 1050 g and the fork of 380 g, the GravelX, depending on the equipment variant is absolutely race-ready.

A special focus during development was placed on the rear triangle of the GravelX. A combination of the SRS anti-vibration system, which allows a movement of 3-5 mm, depending on the weight of the riders, as well as eye-catching recesses in the keten struts, provide a high level of seating comfort and help to minimize fatigue caused by constant vibrations, especially on long rides. In addition, the forces acting on the filigree carbon frame are noticeably reduced, which makes the GravelX less susceptible to damage to the rear triangle and the seat tube. The frame protector integrated into the down tube also fulfills two purposes and offers, in addition to protection from stone chips, a practical, almost invisible storage compartment in the frame, in which a CO2 cartridge or a mini pump, and a spare hose can be stowed.

High-quality Shimano GRX groups, in the top models in the Di2 variant and a choice of 1-speed or 2-speed equipment offer riders for many different applications the right bike. Currently, the price range for the GravelX Carbon is € 3'299.90 and ranges up to € 6'299.90, with the top model equipped with a Fox suspension fork.

Those who want to be less sporty, but in the direction of bikepacking or everyday cycling on the road, has a suitable companion with the GravelX aluminum models. Many mounting points for bags, racks and mudguards and a robust frame characterize the aluminum variant.
